What you receive
A printable PDF is a digital product supplied in PDF file format. No physical item is shipped unless your India order separately includes a physical product or an eligible physical-and-PDF bundle.
Delivery timing
After Razorpay confirms that payment has been captured, we send an order confirmation and private download instructions to the email address entered at checkout. Most links should arrive promptly; please allow up to 30 minutes and check spam, promotions and junk folders.
If the email or link does not arrive
Contact support@tinytuneworld.com with your payment reference and the email address used at checkout. We will verify the purchase before reissuing access. Never include complete card or bank details in your message.
Downloads and printing
Each purchased printable PDF can be downloaded up to five times within 30 days of confirmed payment. Each download button creates a private link that expires after 10 minutes. Save a personal copy after downloading. Colours and printable area can vary by screen, printer, ink and paper settings. Activity and colouring pages are generally best printed at A4 size; where Letter paper is used, choose “fit to printable area” unless the product instructions say otherwise. Files are licensed only to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use.
Digital products are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.
Access problems
If a supplied file is corrupt or the link fails, we will provide reasonable troubleshooting or a replacement link. Refund eligibility is covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
