Where we ship
Physical products are currently available for delivery to serviceable addresses within India only. Customers in the United Kingdom, United States and other countries can purchase eligible printable PDFs.
Charges
Physical orders of ₹499 or more qualify for free standard shipping. A flat ₹49 shipping charge applies below ₹499. Digital-only orders do not have a shipping charge.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are normally prepared within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery is generally expected within a further 5–8 business days, depending on the destination and courier service. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, local restrictions and remote locations may cause delays.
Address accuracy and tracking
Please enter a complete address and reachable mobile number. Courier and tracking information will be shown on your private order page after dispatch and may also be shared by email or SMS. Contact us promptly if you notice an address error; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Undeliverable or returned parcels
A courier may return a parcel if the address is incomplete, delivery is refused or repeated delivery attempts are unsuccessful. If a parcel is returned to us, contact support to arrange re-dispatch or another appropriate resolution. Additional shipping charges may apply when the address supplied was incorrect or delivery was refused, except where the return resulted from our or the courier’s error.
Problems on arrival
If a parcel is marked delivered but missing, arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, contact us promptly. For damaged or incorrect items, follow the timeframe and evidence guidance in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
